THE COURSE EXTRÊME OBSTACLE RACE IS THE PERFECT 3KM COURSE FOR FAMILIES!
The goal is to allow everyone to exceed their limits and/or have fun with the family on our 3km obstacle course. You will be faced with several types of obstacles to test your balance, strength, climbing ability, endurance and more. Have fun!

COURSE COOL DAD
When it was created in 2014, The Cool Dad Race was designed to encourage dads and kids... an outdoor event that includes a mega 3km mud obstacle course. We are evolving the concept by adding options for moms! There is something for everyone... including mom who has access to the CHILL ZONE and the "FAMILY DEPARTURES"!
Mom has two choices: Take it easy in the CHILL ZONE and watch Dad run... or participate in one of the Family Departures! No matter your choice, have fun with your family in the activities! It's a day full of activities and action totally dedicated to health, family, laughter and above all an opportunity to create memories, unforgettable moments!

SUPERDAD RACE
The SUPERDAD RACE, at 45 DEGRÉS NORD in SAINT-CALIXTE, is the summer family activity you don't want to miss! An obstacle course race on a 3km course for the whole family! The goal is to encourage dads and moms to come run with their children.
It's much more than a race! Also discover our different stations of educational, immersive and fun activities during your day.
With over 25 activity stations, entertainment and shows, both children and adults will enjoy themselves. Among our most popular activities, you will find our forest maze, our observation tower, our giant games, our zip line and our many inflatable games!
