Course Extrême is to overcome the 5km circuit, with a total of 52 permanently installed millitairy style obstacles. The goal is to finish the race as quickly as possible.
Course Extrême is the only race in Quebec to sit on a permanent site . Our obstacles are among the most elaborate and extensive ! The vastness of the site allows you to change the route to diversify the race.
Accessible to all , whether you are participating for an extreme challenge or a personnal challenge, you will get your money's worth. If an obstacle seems insurmountable , it is possible to get around it and resume the race.
- No vulgarity or negative behavior towards others will be tolerated .

- No intentional scrambling on the course or during the post-race party .

- Shoes with spikes are not allowed for security reasons .

- Costumes must not interfere with the participant or be dangerous for others.

- All runners must sign a waiver.

- Once your race is over, you must free the course.

- Wearing shoes is mandatory.

- The runners , volunteers and spectators should not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

- All gestures or behavior compromising your safety and that of others is not allowed on the site. ( Somersaults, dips in the pool , etc.)

- No alcohol from off-site is permitted.

- No consumption and/or sale of drugs will be tolerated on the site.

- No glass containers are allowed on the site.

- No pets are allowed on the site .

- Parental supervision is required for young children at all times.

- The minimum age to participate in the race is 16 years old unless accompanied by an adult.

Access to the site for spectators is 5$

There is no charge for the volunteers.

Regular maintenance of obstacles and the course ensures the safety of the installations .

Despite the challenge, compliance with safety rules and caution ensures your safety troughout the race.

In case of injury a first aid team is on hand to respond quickly.
The mllitary obstacles are a challenge for all. It is possible to go around the obstacles and do the race at your own pace. For more information, click here.
The time required to complete the race depends on your pace. In general, the course is between 40 and 90 minutes.
Course Extreme is a personal challenge first! It is important to go acording your own capacity.

However, regular cardiovascular exercise is an asset that will make you more competitive!

A healthy diet is the foundation for good physical shape. Make shure you have a good breakfast before the race.
As the name suggests, Course Extreme is a combination of messy but fun obstacles. It is therefore suggested to wear sports clothing keeping in mind that you will get wet and covered in mud.

Suggested Clothing:
-A T-shirt and pants or athletic shorts .
-Good Pair of sneakers or trekking shoes (metal cleats are not accepted).
-Avoid accessories during the race.
-Long hair must be tied back.
-Change your clothes after the race.
-You Are invited to put on your drill outfit.
Yes, it is possible to register on race days.
There are no refunds once registered.

You can transfer your registration to another person up to 2 weeks before the race. To do this, contact us.
It is possible to change the date of your participation within a maximum of 14 days before any race. Contact us.
No, it will not be possible to change the heat wave.
No, the races are held rain or shine, it will add to your challenge!
No but garden hoses will be available to rinse off the dirt.
No, All of your personal belongings should be left in your car. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Yes, access to the site and activities are open to all! Note that there is a 5 $ fee for the spectators.
Yes, there is a 5$ access fee for spectators who will enjoy all the activities on the site.
Yes, because there is no ATM on the site and all food and beverage consumptions must be paid for in cash.
In case of an emergency a first aid team will be ready to intervene. In the event of a serious injury paramedics will be call immediatly.

Your responsibility as a volunteer may vary but they generally involved making the race an immersive and successful day ! Here are some of the responsibility you may have:
- Registration of the runners
- Parking
- Vigil along the circuit
- Supply of water bottles for the racers
- Labourer on the site
